Commercial Neutrality & Free Access Charter
JobAlertHub is an independent public-interest directory. We operate with strict commercial separation to ensure job seekers have unfiltered, unbiased access to legitimate career communities:
- No Paid Placement: We never sell directory placement, sponsored positions, or featured rankings. Every community is indexed strictly on merit, link health, and verified employment focus.
- No Paid Badges: Verification tiers (such as Source Confirmed) cannot be purchased or fast-tracked with payments. They reflect verifiable public evidence only.
- Free to Job Seekers: All directory listings, filters, and outbound discovery links are 100% free to browse without paywalls, email collection walls, or registration fees.
Zero Hallucination & Fact-First Transparency
Our core engineering constitution prohibits the fabrication of community data. We believe inaccurate job data harms vulnerable job seekers:
- No Fake Member Metrics: We never invent member counts, subscriber growth stats, or active user numbers. If a platform's public API does not expose exact subscriber counts, we record the value as unknown.
- No Fabricated Reviews: We do not publish artificial ratings, fake user testimonials, or unverified star ratings.
- Explicit Provenance: Every description and regional classification is anchored in verified public metadata or primary official websites.
Inclusion Standards & Quality Gates
To qualify for publication in JobAlertHub, a community must pass our 12-gate automated pipeline and satisfy all of the following requirements:
- Active Public Endpoint: Must possess a valid, non-expired public invite link on Telegram (
t.me), Discord (discord.gg), or WhatsApp (chat.whatsapp.com). - Primary Career Intent: The community's core purpose must center on job opportunities, recruitment alerts, tech apprenticeships, graduate hiring, or career networking.
- Market Geographic Alignment: Must explicitly serve one of our 14 target markets (13 sovereign countries + Worldwide/Remote: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, India, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore, UAE, Philippines, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa, or GLOBAL).
- Zero Upfront Fees: Communities that require subscription fees, crypto deposits, or registration charges to view job notices are permanently barred.
- Zero Fraud Tolerance: Channels promoting task-rating scams, high-yield investment schemes, crypto trading signals, or multi-level marketing (MLM) are rejected and permanently blacklisted.
Continuous Revalidation & 48-Hour De-Listing
Online chat groups are volatile: invite links expire, channels rebrand, and ownership changes hands. To maintain directory hygiene:
- Daily Automated Probing: Our automated link validation engine checks published invite endpoints every 24 to 48 hours.
- Automated Probation & De-listing: If an invite link fails (HTTP 404, expired token, or revoked invite), it enters probation. If unreachable across consecutive checks, it is automatically unpublished from the public directory.
- Community Reports: Job seekers can report suspicious activity, expired invites, or scam alerts via our Report portal. Reported channels undergo human review within 24 hours.
Corrections, Ownership Claims & Takedowns
If you are the administrator or creator of an indexed community, you retain full rights regarding your group's representation:
- Ownership Verification: Community founders can request an Owner Confirmed verification badge by contacting our review desk from an official contact address listed in the channel description.
- Metadata Updates: To update your community's official description, primary category, or refresh an invite code, submit an update via our contact portal.
- Immediate Takedowns: If you wish to have your public community removed from JobAlertHub, submit a takedown request specifying your group's canonical URL. We honor all legitimate administrative removal requests within 24 to 48 hours.
